its a big washington dc park, where u can walk, bike, run, fish and i think hold parties. im tryin to throw cookout for my sons 4th bday party. i cant have it at chucky cheese or jeepers because there are too many kids coming t afford that. 50 kids plus not all of them like pizza. his birthday is april 20th, but im goin t have it on april 21st. lots of fresh air and plenty of space to run around is great for all the kids.Does anyone know if u can cookout at hains point, in washington dc? or if it cost anything to reserve it?
Contact the Nat'l Park Service in DC, or if you are in the Neighborhood they have an office right at the Park, as you exit off 14'th street bridge, first exit on the right. Next to the inflatable dome.
Yes people do cook out there, check to see if you can reserve a cook out area down at the Awaking staute.
