HELP got kicked out of Chucky cheeses?

Hello, I am a 42 year old man with kids aged 5 and 7. Every friday after school I take them to Chucky cheeses for pizza and games.

As i'm sure many of you are aware, Chucky cheeses has a ball pool and other physical play equipment for kids, Well I came in during a weekday last week without my kids and had some pizza and then decided I was going to jump in the ball pool and climb through some tunnels and go down the slide and whatnot. I figured it was a great way to reach the optimum heart rate for a man my age, I was simply using there play place as an excercise platform.

Parents suddenly removed there kids and the entire staff came out and asked me to get out, so I did. The police showed up outside and they told me I was not allowed to come back to that restaurant ever again and proceeded to escort me away.



I don't understand what I did to warrant such a reaction? I was doing no harm to anybody and was simply using there play area for excersice. I also might add that I am slighy overweight with a very long beard and I'm wondering if its possible that they were discriminating against me because of this? Perhaps I should contact the ACLU.HELP got kicked out of Chucky cheeses?
There are only 2 possible scenarios here.



1.) you are a troll looking for a response to an imaginary hypothetical situation that somehow seems to be interesting to you. You have no life and need to get out more.



2.) Any one 42 years old that goes to Chucky Cheese without their kids is either crazy or a pervert. There is no gray area here. You certainly can't say you were going for their pizza.

You are probably a lot larger and heavier than the rest of the pool users and that makes you a danger to them.

It seems to me that the only oddity in your story is you.



Parents are concerned that an adult chose to exercise in a children's play yard so they moved their children to a safe distance. The business owners were concerned about losing customers so they asked you to leave. The police were summoned and escorted you off the premises of an owner that deemed you unwanted.



You can pursue remedy in the courts but I think you'll find it a tough go.
