I'm just going to vent a bit...
-the little straw dispensers where nasty
-the tables nasty and gross
-little kids under 3 just walking around alone
-little kids invading my families personal space ( I have nothing against little kids, but they were trying to steal my kids' tickets!)
- why in the hell were some of the parents having a more fun than their kid's (scary)
-finally, there was a mother raising hell to an employee over the fact that a machine didn't give them any tickets. Is it that big of a deal to fight over some measley tickets?

I agree 100%!!! We made the same mistake when my youngest turned 5! I thought the "party" would never get over with! The kids that were begging for tokens, pushing their way through the lines,%26amp; the parents who were letting those kids go wild was insane!!!! Not to mention the filth like you discussed was the same! Also the price we paid for so little food %26amp; drinks was Crazy! We could've had a killer party for her at home with the $$ spent there!What's your take on Chucky E Cheese's?
Here's what I think:
There are other places to take your kids. I don't know why people go there, maybe they just don't know what else to do? I still let my kids eat plenty of pizza and play silly games, but we go elsewhere.
we went there about two years ago, drove 75 miles just to go there, havent been since i was a kid. it was way overcrowded, expensive, the pizza wasnt that great, and like you said little ones running everywhere with no supervision. not like i remembered it at all. i know we wont be going back.What's your take on Chucky E Cheese's?
Don't have Chucky E cheese in Australia. I think I am glad but I am sure we have something like it. No food but a lot of games to waste money on and get tickets that by you crap. We don't go there. It is a waste of money

ITS A FUN PLACE WEN I WAS 10 SOME KID ABOUT 16 KICKED ME IN THE FACE AND STOLE THE 20$ IN MY POCKET AND MY TOKENS I TOLD THE CLERK AND SHE SAID THAT I WAS LIEING AND PUSHED ME DOWN WEN I WAS COVERD IN BLOOD I HATE THAT PLACE NOW
Could any of it had been just the particular location you were at? I would be careful in discrediting the entire franchise due to one experience in one location.
Chuck E Cheese really is only good for the little little kids anyways. I would try to find a science museum or something like that. A lot of putt putt places also have simular games and tickets for the kids AND adults.
But, anywhere you go with that amount of kids is gonna be pretty bad when they are busy.
It is a headache inducing, scary place. I am glad someone besides me thinks so.
Its bloody expensive.
I'm a grandpa.So I have been forced on several occasions to attend birthday parties at these places. My biggest concern was kids roaming free and anyone could walk off with them.
I don't know if you all remember... but what happened to Discovery Zone... it was similar to Chuck'E Cheese but soooo much better! There is a place in Maryland called Jeeper's that is nice as well....
