Put an electric collar on them and a buffet table just out of their reach. Tons of fun as hungry children try and reach for food only to be let down sadly by an electric jolt to their jugular.

If it is too cold where you live now maybe have a party at a local rec center or arcade.

hard to answer that question without knowing what part of the world you are in.

do you have a cesarland near you? it's similar to a chucky cheese.. perhaps not quite as big and nice, but a whole lot cheaper.
roller skating, ice skating, or bowling

Family Fun Center, Boomers or any establishment with go karts, bumper boats and mini golf
