i worked there for three years, most of the time its not even a guy in there, its usually a 16 year old girl. and a fun game to play is trying to figure out who is inthe suit because the person in chuck e ALWAYS is working out on the floor when they are not in the suit. so tell your friend they have nothing to be afraid of... its a kid in there too!

Hahaha! I think we all think the guy in the costume is going to go in some mental rage. When I was about five and young enough to go there my friend thought Chucky was gonna get a gun and shoot him, because on the news it said that Chucky needed a little rehab, so he kicked Chucky in the place where you cut the cheese.
Tell that its some musty thirty year old guy that lives at his mothers house inside the suit. That'll take her mind off the mouse and put it on the the guy in the suit.
