How much does it cost to rent out a Chucky Cheese?

I want to rent out the whole chucky cheese for a birthday party. Not just a table or a part of it. The whole place. So no one else can come. If you know what I mean. How much do you think that'd cost?|||You would have to cover every employees salary, all utilities, food, beverages, cleaning crew, liability insurance and compensate for lost revenue.
