Why dont you do it in your back yard? You could do a messy party. A really fun thing to do is fill up a plastic pool with cooked noodles, or some other fun messy thing. Have silly string. Basically, you do anything that makes a big mess, the kids have SO much fun with it, it is an unforgettable party. I don't know if 4 is too young, but WonderWorks is always fun for parties. Have you though of the rainforesst cafe? we did our 4 yr olds party there in november when we were visiting friends in the orlando area and he absolutely loved it!
