What would you do for a four year old's Birthday Party?

So he's turning 4 and his b-day is valentines day. Where i live we don't have a Chucky Cheese, or a kid zone or anything like that..... and its still cold so i cant really order a jumper thing for outside.... or have it at the park, we would all freeze to death... and im going to invite his friends but im not sure where to throw it. Please do you have any ideas, or what did you do for your sons 4th Birthday???? thanksWhat would you do for a four year old's Birthday Party?
If your house is big enough, just have it there. It takes less than you would think to entertain kids that age. For our son's 4th birthday we did the basic cake and presents routine. Well, we also had a BBQ/potluck type of thing. We did the Transformers theme.

Just buy some small party favors for all the kids. Maybe plan to play some simple games like musical chairs. Or let the make and decorate their own paper hats or crowns. Or even better, have small treasure hunt (candy would be a good thing to hide) around the house. You don't need to spend a lot of money for them to have fun. What would you do for a four year old's Birthday Party?

You could clear out your living room of couch it's not exactly practical but it's inexpensive. Play simple games maybe build a cardboard box castle or something for decoration. If not see if the local community center is available to rent a small space. or even a roller skating rink (I know most 4yr olds can't roller skate but they could slide around in their socks. good luck!=DWhat would you do for a four year old's Birthday Party?
we use to have super birthday parties for my son and one reason i did this was because his bday is one week from christmas dec 19..we did thomas the train one year and i got all the kids bandanas to wear and the trian hats and had a little train that ran around his bday cake ...and they popped balloons in the living room and we ate and they played and had a great time, if they had a sibling i invited the sibling and if they were younger they had a gift bag just for them...you can put paper on the table and let them draw a picture of what they think he is getting and do something cool like foot print paint on some paper and then hang it in his room or their handprints or go to the dollar tree and get a bunch of inexpensive gifts for them and have like a fair day set up in your house, have a face painting booth and a fishing pole game ..there is plenty to do you could even do a duck float let the ducks float in your tub they pick one it has a number they get that gift, you could have food with animal names such as peanut butter crackers as camel food...etc...it would be alot of fun...and since its cold would be a party inside..you could do twister and also in the invitations tell the parents sweatpants or nothing fancy for the kids to wear...just have fun it may be stressful for a little but just go with it and have a blast..your kid will remember it my son does...and he is 18 now
